I was in New York, the city where I first trained as a photographer, visiting friends and mentors, when an email arrived from Tokyo. It was an invitation to shoot Future Solution LX, Shiseido's most prestigious skincare line.
I photographed the whole series and its textures: the night cream, the eye and lip contour cream, the intensive firming contour serum, and the concentrated balancing softener.
The texture itself had to be rich and flawless. On top of that, I spent time testing the light to bring sparkles into the caps, giving the images a modern, uplifting sense of night.
資生堂の最高峰ライン、フューチャーソリューションLX の撮影をさせていただきました。依頼をいただいた時は丁度NYを旅行中。オンラインでブリーフィングをいただくための静かな場所を探していたところ、付近のモスクがなぜか打ち合わせしてイイヨと許してくれました。厳かなモスクで一人打ち合わせをしたのは良い思い出です。
テクスチャーが豊かでリッチな方向性な分、商品ライティングをモダンなものにしています。今回のメインの商材がナイトクリームであることから、キャップ内に夜の輝きを閉じ込めることをテーマとして設定。光の粒をどう入れこむか、という光の設計に時間をかけました。
J'ai photographié Future Solution LX, la ligne de soin la plus prestigieuse de Shiseido : la crème de nuit, la crème contour yeux et lèvres, le sérum intensif contours fermeté et la lotion adoucissante concentrée, ainsi que leurs textures.
La direction donnée pour la texture était riche et généreuse. J'ai donc rendu l'éclairage des produits plus moderne, en contrepoint. Le produit principal étant une crème de nuit, j'ai posé comme thème d'enfermer l'éclat de la nuit dans le couvercle, et j'ai passé beaucoup de temps à tester comment y faire naître ces grains de lumière.
我拍了资生堂最高端护肤线时光琉璃（Future Solution LX）的整个系列，包括产品和质地：晚霜、眼唇霜、紧致精华、柔肤水。
这次质地的表现是很rich，所以产品的灯光我反而做得更现代一些。主打商品是晚霜，于是把「把夜晚的光收进瓶盖里」设成了主题，花了不少时间设计怎么让那些细小的高光出现在盖子上。
